Duplicate Named Universal Groups

this second time seeing no real explanation. saw @ 2 different sites universal group with exactly the same in same forest/domain. logical tells me not suppose work right? @ group less amount of members , move members on 1 contains bulk of members , delete group. checked frs, application , system logs cannot find in it. dcdiag file replication check not complain anything.

do see both groups when connected same domain controller? attributes of group are matching?
