dns not reflected to client machine

i had remove 1 entry dns server 172.30.8.33 crh1.probal.com , add new entry same ip 172.30.8.33 fhm.probal.com changes done in server have checked command nslookup n enter ip 172.30.8.33 there show changes changes not reflected in client machines had checked nslookup command there show the 172.30.8.33 crh1.probal.com...i run command ipconfig /flushdns or ipconfig /registerdns there no changes done..pls help 

and pls tell me procedure deleting record in dns n adding record same ip tell me full procedure it..

operating system:-server 2008

try delete server cache dns mmc
