Server 2012 R2 WSUS client Web Service is not working

i can't seem find answer question. reloaded os, installed windows updates until there no more. added role of wsus. after running post install configuration of wsus edited web.config file according https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3159706

i removed , deleted windows update gpos last week. created new gpo linked 1 ou 1 computer in it.

do enable ssl wsus server? if not, not need modify web.config file.

besides, error message issue, try provide more information error.

server manager error: ADAM.events.xml could not be enumerated.

EventID 7036 after ID 10029
