certificate import

i having problem installing cert.cer on new win7 system. every time try set mail client, says exch server cant connected. not 2003 server have other office 2010 outlook clients on other machines. created new certificate, exported .cer file, still no connection. ideas?? btw, using rdp/tcpip got answer thanks, need use domain login, duhhhhh
