File server access

i have file server on windows 2003 standard os. want configure access on 1 folder. access users read files not copy files folder folder.

please on this.

you have deploy active directory rights management services manage files level (not enable copy, print, forward, etc).

server manager error: ADAM.events.xml could not be enumerated.

EventID 7036 after ID 10029
