IIS - Redirect

running windows server 2008 r2 sp1. created simple iis web site using windows authentication. trying accomplish based on login, landing in particular folder. exposing customer specific reports automatically populate various folders. when customer access, top level directory", based on login, land inside folder. possible? alternatives. got idea ftp when users automatically land in their home directory name same login. thanks in advance!

server manager error: ADAM.events.xml could not be enumerated.
