Can't find "restore database" command in ntdsutil on server 2008

hello,
i trying learn how full authoritative restore of ad in server 2008.
in 2003 , 2000 choose in ntdsutil command "restore database" marked whole ad restore authoritative.
but in 2008 can't see command anymore.
what's happend? can't find documentation it.
what do if ad have problems , need full restore?
