Troubleshooting Secure Channel Issues

hello,

from time time "there no logon servers available service on request" error on of servers. 

i connect server , run ps test-computersecurechannel cmdlet , "false" boolean in return. 

a test-computersecurechannel -repair or reboot fix issue having trouble identifying root cause behind this. servers kept online , run on virtualized environment. 

do have tips on finding source of problem?

server manager error: ADAM.events.xml could not be enumerated.
