Server 2008 user profile service

this started on 2008 ad server. after 10 logons server error occurs. "user profile service service failed logon. no more threads can created in system". after reboot no problem 10 logons.

server manager error: ADAM.events.xml could not be enumerated.

EventID 7036 after ID 10029
