2012 R2 AD Password Policy

our gpo sets 120 days password expiration. after create ad account, password expires after 120 days. people didn't first logon during period of time , have reset passwords manually. possible set policy "after first logon, password expire in 120 days"?

far know, don’t have such policy can function “after first logon, password expire”.
 
password expiration date, default, calculated based on sum of pwdlastset and maxpwdage attributes of user in active directory.

server manager error: ADAM.events.xml could not be enumerated.

EventID 7036 after ID 10029
