Failover VM's Servers all grouping together under one server?

when add vm server's high availability using wizard in failover cluster manager. add under first server add instead off in top section individually roles ( see screenshot ) ignore partially running, 1 vm in off state.

from see of other sample setups isn't normal , appear individually under roles , can't migrate individual serves node. 

 

the server setup 2x server, 1 san csv, , setup failover cluster. 


are 2 paths configured mpio?

curious how created vms?  did use method?
