Microsoft Office security issue (Access Denied)

hi, encountered weird office problem on customer side.

i wondering if assist me on matter.

 

user a

user pc - running office 2007 (unable save excel file)

user b pc - running office 2007 (unable save excel file)

user c pc - running office 2000 (able save excel file)

 

user b

user pc - running office 2007 (able save excel file)

user c pc - running office 2000 (able save excel file)

 

everything running through shared network folder.

 

therefore wondering there settings or etc cause issue arise?

very appreciate of help.

then best bet access rights share. again use process monitor clear picture of situation, record act of saving file , can see if file being rejected because user not have write access share.
