Misconfigured Firewall

hi all

have issue here.  1 of our guys enabled firewall on server in remote location

the problem domain controller , person set it @ remote site enabled firewall , forgot configure - default , nobody there locally (especially trust) configuring.

any ideas on how can on thing us? no ilo or that

if can publish gpo, can refer following read publish firewall disable gpo on computer can remote manage it.
