hi all, i'm using windows server 2012 data center os , configured hyper-v server role fail-over cluster (4 node – cluster). each physical server installed 2 qlogic hba adapters. we have configured following configuration on hyper-v server , san (hp) storage. enabled virtual san manager. created each hyper-v host virtual fiber channel switch. each host configured 2 adapters. (fibre channel san 1 /  fibre channel san 2) . using hp storage , enabled switch port level (n_port id virtualization (npiv). created new vm , assign new 2 vhba adapters. each adapter having 2 sets of wwn numbers. each adapter  set a  wwn address discovered san switch , configured zone . however  set b  not discovered manually created zone for  set b both adapters . present storage vm , installed mpio. san disk visible on vm disk management. during live migrate vm different host i’m getting below error. live migration of 'virtual machine test-server' failed. virtual machine migration o
