Bitlocker Not Unlocking Drives Every Time

i have backups scheduled our server (every day @ 6pm) x: , y: external usb drive running bitlocker. when plug in either x: or y: drive, doesn't automatically unlock until manually go in , double click it:

if forget check every time, backup fails night. bitlocker set automatically unlock both externals don't know why happens. mounts/unlocks %80 of time.

based on research, automatic unlock method work, there few things need pay attention to:

1. for fixed data drives, operating system drive should encrypted.
2. for removable data drives, require either password or smart card method in addition automatic unlock method.
