Domain trust question

hello,

i need create tust i'm not sure if 2 way or 1 way?

our french office has ad 2008r2 , in uk have ad 2003.  have sharepoint 2010 , want use out being asked put in our ad account france seamless logon using our uk ad account.

they need add our uk account sharepoint site, i'm not sure if need 2 way or 1 way trust.  have vpn in-place , mentioned logon using ad accounts creted in france.

it depends on resources access requirement. 

since requirement add users 1 domain (sharepoint domain) , need one-way trust.

domain -> sharepoint domain.
