Administrator Password must be changed when logging in for the first time to Windows 2012 server.

i error message when logging windows 2012 server remote desktop administrator set when server installed.  the server  with offsite company.  i able sign in user, user not have full administrative authority.  i understand how change settings user, since administrator's password, access denied.  is there way administrator's password reset?  or, possibly change administrator properties not have change password @ next login?

based on tests, after un-checked user must change password @ next logon checkbox, user account not able log on machine tried to, error message “the security database on server not have computer account workstation trust relationship”. after that, not single domain user account able log on machine.

therefore, recommend not change account properties. instead, suggest use administrator account log on machine able contact dc, change administrator password.
