System Services empty in Security configuration and analysis snap in

i attempting apply permissions services using security configuration , analysis snap in on couple 2008 enterprise servers.  used following procedure on of 2008 servers , works fine- open mmc, add security templete snapin, create, modify , save template.  add security , configuration snap in, apply template, , select analyze now.  analysis completes, when select system services, right pane empty.  have tried multiple templates , databases, no luck.  after analysis complete right pane shows looks log file , @ end says warning 2: system cannot find file specified.

long shot worth mentioning-i found old 2000 kb (321933) article says if don't have permissions services, happen.  local admin on machine, machine part of cluster , wondering maybe if cluster controlling service , therefor blocking prerequisite of having permissions services.  anyway, nothing since supposedly fixed 2000 sp4 far i've found.

Cannot access Anywhere Access using domain name?

after installing anywhere access in windows server 2012 essentials r2, cannot use anywhere access using setup domain name in wizard such remote.mydomain.com? if enter public ip address, example, 72.2.34.5 works. before set anywhere access, created a record pointing public address...pinged , worked...so not sure doing wrong?  is wizard supposed create record etc , make remote.mydomain.com work? if enter public ip address while on lan, takes me router webpage.  shouldn't work on lan if accessed via public ip? thank you, tim. the wizard can configure remote.microsoft_names.com  remote.remotewebaccess.com but cannot configure domains purchased outside wizard.  depends on how domain configured if wildcard.yourdomain.com should work  if try ping remote.your_domain.com afar , not give proper  public ip, need add record mariette said. much have record domain.com www.domain.com , if have website somewhere else www.domain.com , need remote.domain.com go box gr
