WSUS not able to push updates to computers

hi

i'm trying setup offline wsus server , have total of 17 computers reporting wsus server. computers able communicate wsus server , synchronization works expected. 

the issue is, updates not getting pushed computers. 

the current setup of wsus in environment follows:

1. export vm internet access download updates directly microsoft update. 

2. after which, exporting , importing of metadata done reference link below (completed 3 steps):
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc720516(v=ws.10).aspx

3. updates appear in import vm wsus console not pushing 17 computers.

1. please provide screenshot of overview of wsus server, this:

2. please check if wsus clients show , report wsus server, we may check status in "computers".

3. please check if have approved updates needed clients.
