ADMT 3.2 - getting "Could not verify auditing and tcpipclientsupport on domains. Will not be able to migrate Sid's. Access id denied".

please, if microsoft employees responds, don't throw documentation links me.

i'm getting "could not verify auditing , tcpipclientsupport on domains.  not able migrate sid's. access id denied".   i'm running test migration of single global group (as described in pg 61 of microsoft admt 3.2 guide) when error.    , though pg. 52 says admt tool configure auditing , enable tcpip client support when run it, there no such messages happening when opened tool (which mmc), nor when went (on mmc toolbar) action, group account migration wizard.   went ahead , manually created domain local group on source domain such sourcedomain$$$ (matches netbios name of source domain), , modified default domain controller policy in both source , target domains settings specify on pg. 53     read on pg. 52 don't have put in tcpipclientsupport reg key on source domain if both source/target domains 2003 or higher.  (my source 2008 r2 , target 2012 r2, , dword value doesn't exist in source domain)

i have 2 dcs in source domain.   i've installed pes install on second dc, first dc holds 5 fsmo roles.   in group migration wizard, i've tried specifying both, no luck.

i did not create "resource migration accounts" described on pg. 51, since assumed can use domain admin accounts on both source/target domains, since should have access everything.

maybe (hopefully)  have idea problem lies?  if not, i'm wondering if has sid filtering.  have post here  https://social.technet.microsoft.com/forums/windowsserver/en-us/463b3387-e0b5-47db-9a21-67bba9a77bfd/admt-qstn-regarding-sid-filtering-new-fileserver-in-new-domain-just-robocopying-shares-want?forum=winservermigration   , succinctly describes config , goals, microsoft robot replied answer directly contradicts info provided in pop-up message microsoft on domain upon creating trust (as other websites stating sid filtering can disabled)  posted reply never got answer back.

i solved doing christoffer andersson says in post:  add account you're performing migration in the target domain to source domains "administrators" group.
