Just a quick question on Hyper-V

what best solution me, looking setting hyper-v server, i'm not sure best me, server 2008 using hyper v role or hyper-v 2008 install. have machine want run dc, , fileserver , run exchange server, if order server 2008 std can run parent dc , file server , have exchange ont daughter, or run them both daughters on standalone hyper -v software?
