Restore image failed to start


dear all,

i have reference system dell optiplex i7 , 8gb ram, 500 gb sata hard drive on have install windows server 2008 r2.

and destination pc core 2 duo, 4gb ram, 2 hd of 500 gb mounted raid 1

from reference system, have run sysprep command without unattended xml file.
idea restore image generated pc pc has raid controler using raid 1 array , see if windows capable start normally.

for have created winpe usb boot disk on have injected raid driver of in order able see drive winpe boot.

here step have done :

1 - run sysprep on reference pc

2- reboot reference pc using winpe usb flash disk

3- capture image of reference pc onto usb disk

4- on destination pc, insert winpe boot disk , boot pc

5- run diskpart , list disk command see if can see harddrive

6- select disk 0 , create volume partition size = max size , format disk ntfs

7 - reboot pc on usb winpe disk in order drive letter c associated pc hard disk

8 - use imagex /apply command restore reference pc image destination pc

9 - reboot destination pc normaly

the problem met here when windows try reboot, blue screen following error code :

stop 0x0000007b (0xffff880009a98e8, 0xffffffffffffc)

the question have follow :

as reference pc gets normal sata drive , destination pc has raid 1 drive, able restore image on destination pc reason why windows should not able start ? image suppose used on extact same pc architecture ?

hi,

moving image different device supported. in following article mentioned "if intend transfer windows image different computer, must run sysprep /generalize, even if computer has same hardware configuration. "
