Windows Server 2008 R2 keeps rebooting to recovery console


hardware ibm x3650 m3
host os: windows 2008 r2
guest os: windows 2008 r2

i had disk faliure on our raid6 volume, , after rebuilding it, 1 of 2 guest os's boot recovery console.
have tried press f8, no matter select, starts recovery console

i ran chkdsk, through recovery console, , data , disk seems fine.

the consistency check host os sucessfully well.

anyone have idea how break reboot cycle?
