my primary windows domain controller crashed , offline , in additional domain controller when accessing dsa.msc getting error "naming information cannot located because specified domain either not exist or not contacted" .

kindly fix error .

 first need seize fsmo roles avaible domain controller,

then should metadata cleanup remove crashed dc domain.
