Deleted Folder Redirection GPO still linked to one user

i had admin delete folder redirection gpo linked domain. asked him disable , add 1 each of departmental ou's.
now have 1 user still has old gpo settings.
i have tried disabling new gpo , manually changing users reg settings point local docs.
its sbs2k3 , have 30 users
i having no luck can help?

please run resultant set of policy (rsop query) user, , see if user might other gpo's loaded, have folder redirection settings.

server manager error: ADAM.events.xml could not be enumerated.

i have domain server windows 2000 sp4. my clients using win xp , win 98. when send messages computer management-shared folders-rightclick-all task-send message connected users, message received clients using winxp but not in  win 98 .how send them without winpopup  , net meeting. this forum windows server 2008.   check messenger service running on win98-clients.
