how to add domainsDnsZones in a single windows server 2012 R2


hi there,
im new in here, our company have 1 windows server 2012 r2 for:
ad, dhcp server, dns server, wsus, gpo

recently implemented new email server in our office hostname:
mail.alpha.com
(172.16.129.21) - local ip
(174.34.xx.xx) - public ip

our domain name bravo.intra (172.16.128.9)

my question one:
1. how can our local user access/ping mail.alpha.com by local ip 172.16.129.21...? our local user access/ping mail.alpha.com is going public ip.

hi,

primary  zone

when zone dns server hosts primary zone, dns server primary source information zone, , stores master copy of zone data in local file or in ad ds. when zone stored in file, default primary zone file named zone_name.dns , located in %windir%\system32\dns folder on server.
