Windows Server 2008 R2 DHCP Server not Working

hi all,

i have setup dhcp server running windows server 2008 r2 wds on network. have netgear n600 router along five-port gigabit ethernet switch. dhcp server connected five-port switch. anyway, setup server , turned off dhcp service on router , attempted connect xbox 360 network. dhcp server failed assign ip address it. i've seemed setup dhcp server corrently, it's authorized , everything. there i'm doing wrong?

if device on network dhcp server, or if manually configure devices, select disable option under dhcp configuration. select dhcp relay option configure router dhcp relay.

server manager error: ADAM.events.xml could not be enumerated.

i have domain server windows 2000 sp4. my clients using win xp , win 98. when send messages computer management-shared folders-rightclick-all task-send message connected users, message received clients using winxp but not in  win 98 .how send them without winpopup  , net meeting. this forum windows server 2008.   check messenger service running on win98-clients.
