i want encrypt data end user can't copy data external drive 

hi,

you disable writing usb devices registry key:

[hkey_local_machine\system\currentcontrolset\control\storagedevicepolicies]
“writeprotect”=dword:00000001

if storagedevicepolicies doesn't exist, can safely create registry key well.
