Windows 10 login via UP changes cached credential back to netbios\username

as prepare move office365 we're going start pushing our users login upn in format of first-last@domain.com match our email addresses.

when login on windows 7 or windows 8 machine using upn credentials used seem recognized.

we can check hklm\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\authentication\logonui\sessiondata , verify key loggedonuser recognized first-last@domain.com.  however on windows 10 same registry key changed , matched loggedonsamuser matching domain\user format.

our domain , forest functional levels @ windows 2003

is setting being governed gpo? if may need update templates windows 10, link below updated gpo templates.

i have domain server windows 2000 sp4. my clients using win xp , win 98. when send messages computer management-shared folders-rightclick-all task-send message connected users, message received clients using winxp but not in  win 98 .how send them without winpopup  , net meeting. this forum windows server 2008.   check messenger service running on win98-clients.
