Lost networking on Win2008


i made registry changes disable ssl v2 pci compliance on win 2008 server. rebooted , ie , win not "out" on nic. firefox working. adjusted registry (did not backup/restore. ugh.) , rebooted, same issue. removed nic driver not re-add properly, "disk". added 2nd nic , os hangs on installer.

do!?

tried booting run recover, doesn't fix issue.

options other full reinstall?

hardware dell t110 ii, running 32 bit.

in registry editor, locate following registry key:
hkey_local_machine\system\currentcontrolset\control\securityproviders \schannel\protocols\ssl 2.0\client

add value\dword type\value data: 00000000

> rebooted , ie , win not "out" on nic. firefox working.

what mean “would not out” on nic?

any relevant error log can find form event viewer? please give feedback further troubleshooting.
