\PIPR\SAMR highbandwidth usage

hi all,

i have around 350 ad 2008 r2 servers in environment in different physical locations, active directory servers working fine, there 1 rodc server causing alot of 445 , 139 port traffic different ad sites, there 1 subnet mapped ad site, have observed there many \pipe\smar open sessions, have googled alot not find solution issue, though have recreated new rodc still same problem exists.

server manager error: ADAM.events.xml could not be enumerated.

i have domain server windows 2000 sp4. my clients using win xp , win 98. when send messages computer management-shared folders-rightclick-all task-send message connected users, message received clients using winxp but not in  win 98 .how send them without winpopup  , net meeting. this forum windows server 2008.   check messenger service running on win98-clients.
