Cannot access my MS Office files in Server 2003 (must log into DRM first)

i don't know server 2003 , installed on server peers can share database program wrote. 1 of links in program opens excel file referencing purposes. when trying access file through remote desktop, shows message says   "you can use application after log in drm server"

i know it's kind of security program rights management, disable guys can open file. need allow users open file. opens fine when running locally, when going through remote desktop message.
