Certuli recoverkey error

hello,

i need restore user certificate have error recoverkey command:

certutil -p "password" -recoverkey file.p7b file.pfx

decrypt error: cannot find certificate , private key use decryption. 0x8009200c (-2146885620 crypt_e_no_decrypt_cert).

i have 2 kra required recover key , in recovery agents on root ca server doesn't work.

server : windows server 2012

this work if run 1 of key recovery agents has private key stored. if in certmgr.msc on computer using, have appropriate key recovery agent certificate , key available? ca may configured use 1 of 2 kras, need make sure have access appropriate recovery key.

i have domain server windows 2000 sp4. my clients using win xp , win 98. when send messages computer management-shared folders-rightclick-all task-send message connected users, message received clients using winxp but not in  win 98 .how send them without winpopup  , net meeting. this forum windows server 2008.   check messenger service running on win98-clients.
