Login Problem

i don't know whether logged in or not. saw users accounts , appeared logged microsoft account on laptop. so, if logged in have access store, people, 1 drive , other 3rd party apps. why store isn't working in fact store app automatically closing when opening it. have app called "password padlock". trusted , saved passwords in that. ended same way other apps. automatically getting closed itself. please me.. in big trouble. if passwords lost over. plz plz me.

server manager error: ADAM.events.xml could not be enumerated.

i have domain server windows 2000 sp4. my clients using win xp , win 98. when send messages computer management-shared folders-rightclick-all task-send message connected users, message received clients using winxp but not in  win 98 .how send them without winpopup  , net meeting. this forum windows server 2008.   check messenger service running on win98-clients.
