PrintBRM.exe has stopped working - 0x80070005 Access is denied


hi,

i have windows 2008 rs server use backup print queues 1 set of servers another. runs on daily schedule , working ok, 1 of sets of servers have stopped working.

the servers in question both 2003 boxes, confident not issue, working before , have other 2003 boxes working fine. imagine 1 of our support guys has added driver or , has broken it.

i include log on 1st reply - 080004005 unspecified error on , 0x80070005 access denied @ end of printbrm report. thing shows in eventviewer starts restoring forms. takes 15 seconds restore fail.

i have been manually eyeballing registry between 2 servers 2 days now. have tried manually install drivers on server not working.

i using same admin user on 3 boxes in question, dont believe permissions issue.

what can next please? stuck , need working again.

another thing try.  download release preview of windows 8.  there tracing enabled may pinpoint restore failure error.
