ERRORS when running the Invoke-moverequest PS script

i want use script of invoke-moverequest.ps1 http://blog.powershell.no/2010/04/23/exchange-server-2010-cross-forest-migration

the script worked few users others following error when running script:

the scripts work 1 user , second after fail , if run script again second user after few seconds works without problems.

error 1:

failed reconnect active directory server dc1.source-domain.com. make sure server available, , you

have used correct credentials.

    + categoryinfo          : notspecified: (0:int32) [new-moverequest], remotetransientexception

    + fullyqualifiederrorid : 64437b72,microsoft.exchange.management.recipienttasks.newmoverequest

i can find user in source ad , can ping , thelnet dc.

error 2:

processing user apr1\yukayama

the operation couldn't performed because object 'yukayama' couldn't found on 'dc1.target-domain.com'.

    + categoryinfo          : notspecified: (:) [get-mailuser], managementobjectnotfoundexception

    + fullyqualifiederrorid : c1e776a6,microsoft.exchange.management.recipienttasks.getmailuser

also can ping , telnet dc , user exist on ad.

what can cause ?

can tell me how troubleshoot issue?

based on understanding, issue occur users , issue not occur, after few seconds works fine. think should narrow down issue compare users , please try other users 1 after another, keep them few seconds interval.
