Server Manager 2012 : Configuration refresh failed with the following error: Invalid namespace

i have spent whole searching on have not succeeded. server manager 2012 r2 has manageability error "online - data retrieval failures occurred". no events, services, bpa, performance nor roles , features show data. tasks->refresh gives refresh failed error. servers task details notification reads "[servername]: configuration refresh failed following error: invalid namespace".

i have read post on technet server manager refresh failure but not address error details. no posts have read seem address invalid namespace issue.

this server wsus role installed, sophos av console. wsus clients windowsupdate.log show connecting service, sophos clients.

any appreciated.

please try disable av soft try again, error posted caused serer manager can not connect server win rm service, please disable proxy network try again.
