conditional DNS forwarding

my domain's dns set forward extrenal dns requests opendns can use filtering services. need users in domain bypass these filtering dnss. in sense need forward different dns servers based on user logged domain. possible , how?

i tried specifying non opendns dns server on 1 of domain pc bypassing domain's dns server forwards causes domain authentication fail. cached accouns work.

what setting different dns server , pointing people server? setting forwarding whatever dns like, pass opendns.

ie:

open dns
user 1
dns: 192.168.1.2

non-opendns
user 2
dns:192.168.1.3

server manager error: ADAM.events.xml could not be enumerated.

i have domain server windows 2000 sp4. my clients using win xp , win 98. when send messages computer management-shared folders-rightclick-all task-send message connected users, message received clients using winxp but not in  win 98 .how send them without winpopup  , net meeting. this forum windows server 2008.   check messenger service running on win98-clients.
