Licencing Setup for MS Server with Virtual Machines

i have physical server 16 cores (i have 2 of these , want replicate solution, simplicity's sake use 1 in example).

i have install windows server 4 x hyper-v installations of windows server onto physical box.

i trying work out best licencing model situation , clarify covered in ms server standard licence , data center licence.

if buy copy of ms data center, can install 4 copies of ms server standard hyper-v installations without paying (i.e. 4 server licences included in copy of data center)? or have buy 4 x copies of ms server standard?

alternatively, can buy 2 x copies of ms server standard , install 4 copies of ms server standard hyper-v installations without paying (as 2 hyper-v installations included)?
