Windows easy transfer problems "Temporary Profile"

i running windows vista , want transfer files new windows 8 computer.

i have downloaded windows easy transfer (the 1 transferring onto windows 7) when try run it says logged onto temporary profile.

i have restarted , checked hklm\software\microsoft\windowsnt\currentversion\profilelist profile there. 

what can do!
