Activating Windows 2008 Domain Controller - KMS issue

ok have bit of problem.  we're trying activate windows 2008 server , we're getting kms error takes kb article 929826.  don't have kms server , don't have scale ever need one, we're trying run method 1 workaround activate it.  doesn't work either - following windows script host error:

run 'slui.exe 0x2a 0xc004f050' display error text.  error: 0xc004f050'.  when run command non-descript error message.

what makes problem we've elevated domain controller exchange in lab environment, has limited production value already. 

how possible activate this?
