Firewall - restricting/allowing computers access to share based on IP

guys,

in addition share/ntfs persmission set on directory, use firewall on windows 2008 r2 restrict ips access.  example, have 2008 r2 named "fs1" , have share there.  want allow 4 computers ip 192.168.x,y, z  able access.

in windows 2003, able set in firewall "file , print sharing" , restrict tcp 139 & 445 &  udp 137 & 138 ports.

i tried setting firewall on 2008r , played around "file , print sharing"... doesn't seem work.  missing anything?
