I have configure 2 password policy . One is 4 month password expire and 2 one is one year but sync with O365 But password policy has been not working

i have configure 2 password policy . 1 4 month password expire , 2 1 one year sync o365  but password policy has been not working.

we have 2 question.

1. how check step step password expire group policy

2. how export user last password change date.

1. how check step step password expire group policy

>>>to check password policy, run gpresult /h gpreport.html administrator on computer check password policy.

in addition, there 1 password policy works in domain (except fgpp fine grain password policy). if want configure multiple password policies users in domain, may need configure fgpp.

2. how export user last password change date.

>>>if want check 1 user, run below powershell command check properties passwordlastset.

get-aduser -identity <username> -properties *
