netsh winhttp tracing - Server 2012

i'm trying use netsh trace winhttp api troubleshoot issues arr.

when execute following command:

netsh trace start scenario=internetclient capture=yes persistent=no level=verbose tracefile=c:\temp\net.etl

i wait while execute:

netsh trace stop

i analyse output using netmon 3.4

winhttp api calls see in trace of following type:

winhttp_microsoftwindowswinhttp:stopping workitem thread action... winhttp_microsoftwindowswinhttp:starting workitem thread action...  winhttp_microsoftwindowswinhttp:queue overlapped io thread action...

don't see i'm expecting various sources i've read, such as:

winhttp_microsoftwindowswinhttp:12:32:23.123 ::sys-recver starts in _init state winhttp_microsoftwindowswinhttp:12:32:23.123 ::current thread not impersonating winhttp_microsoftwindowswinhttp:12:32:23.123 ::sys-recver processing webreceivehttpresponse completion (error-cdoe = ? i've tried enabling diagnostic logs in event viewer, same result.

has been suggested should run trace 64bit command prompt, when get:

the following command not found: trace start scenario=internetclient capture=yes persistent=no level=verbose tracefile=c:\temp\net.etl.

i've tried doing in our live setup , in test setup, using same os same result. when in windows 7 development environment, trace information i'm expecting.

there need specific server 2012 enable level of detail require? i'm running out of ideas now, marvellous!
