Unable to use SSL for IIS

good time of day all!

i used wsus on default web site (port 80). have need use ssl iis (because of deploying sccm 2007 in environment). use following documentation:

to configure certificates iis. use template

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb694035.aspx#bkmk_webserver

for certificate. bind default web site fqdn subject. can not open wsus console neither locally nor remotely.

i tried find solution can not. used ssl diag , found following error:
