Windows server 2012 datacenter

hi folks had bad week-end multiple power losses ,im protected apc (battery pack) .

but shut down rest of week-end , on monday restarted ,never rebooted right .

i have forgotten windows server 2012 , went in safe mode , in cmd prompt option no success boots to  choose option page , reboot ect ect ect |(loops) ever ! .

where windows server 2012 repair disk downloaded ??  (link ofc mean)

information, may try boot windows server 2012 dvd , run startup repair following.

boot windows cd
select repair option
select troubleshoot
select command prompt
run 2 commands below

cd recovery
startrep

startup repair tool launched.

or, if can boot into windows, run in-place upgrade repair windows.
