Provider Load Failure

hi all, 

my setup

5 nodes

hyper-v cluster

when try open fail-over cluster manager on of nodes error "provider load failure". 

the hyper-v management console opens cluster manager doesnt open. 

kindly advise.

i tried same link

1. ran script on 1 node.

2. script showed 1 node wmi query failed

3. ran command - cd c:\windows\system32\wbem 
mofcomp.exe cluswmi.mof 

on node failed wmi query test. command mofcomp never ends continues - had give ctrl x , stop command.

on nodes on query succeeds - on them cannot open failover cluster manager.

server manager error: ADAM.events.xml could not be enumerated.

EventID 7036 after ID 10029
