Not able to access local application on Window Server 2012

have installed otm 6.4.2 (one of oracle application) on virtual box (os window server 2012).

installation clean because didn't see error in logs generated during installation.

access application, have start weblogic 12c, oracle http server , node manager. 3 components , running no error. checked console log , can't find error in log.

issue facing can't access application through browser. turn off window firewall completely.

trying debug issue since many days , out of idea on look.

application accessible on port 7778.

please solve issue. can provide more information on asking. appreciate time , effort.

i ran netstat didn't see 7778 port in list. there thing need done @ window level enable port?

no, nothing special. if not show in netstat output on local machine seems service or listening process not started. think oracle will know reason.

server manager error: ADAM.events.xml could not be enumerated.
