Show disabled accounts in group with many accounts

i have security group in active directory wich contains 3100 user accounts. 107 accounts disabled. if open members of group can't see if user enabled or disabled. if open group less users can see if user enabled or disabled.

is there setting can see disabled users in groups more 3000 useraccounts?

goal see members of group wich disabled can remove them group.
of thes disabled mail accounts can't remove these accounts.

i tried query no result.

domain functional level is: windows server 2003
server is: windows server 2008 r2 standard
