uninstall and re install DNS 2008 server

 i have installed both ad ds , dns in windows 2008 r2 server.

then again have un installed , re installed  only dns not ad ds. both ad ds , dns  are not functioning properly.

server manager error: ADAM.events.xml could not be enumerated.
